They'll probably just tell you that all winners have been notified. They've been cagier than a politician thumb-down.gif

    I know lol

It's very odd, I'm sure there would have been at least one 'mse' winner.

I can't understand it at all

    Thats what i think.......
Im really do wonder if it was a fake competition, but why would a newspaper (and a main one at that) play a game like that, as im sure a lot of people really did want one of these, i know i did. Wish there was a way to make a complaint about the competition :(

I wonder about that too, my mother really wanted to win one, she collected the tokens and entered the comp via post, so she is really
    disappointed.

Someone mentioned the IPS about complaining but i don't know what it is.

I have emailed twice, to be ignored, rang them, only to be fobbed off that the winners would be contacted over the next few days, yet another poster said that they were told all the letters had been already sent out.

Also asked them via twitter and had no answer.

I think it's disgusting how they have treated the public (that buy their paper, mind) and i think they owe people an explanation and an apology, about this competition.

    Rant over! lol

It's the I.S.P.Institute of Sales Promotions. They have a web page and will chase it up for you. I contacted them Friday and they got back to me within a couple of hours, but unfortunately they do want your name and address and a phone number. I wasn't prepared to give it I'm afraid, last thing I want is The Daily Mail sticking me on some Black List, as a whinging moaner, as I too would still like to be in with a chance of winning one. I can't see them printing tokens for a non event, seems to me they've just got their heads stuck up their derrieres or something. Over to anyone else who really has got fed up of waiting. Of course eventually someone will contact the I.S.P. just to find out what's going on.
  • I have been following your comments with interest as I too, had entered the competition by post and email, and couldn't understand why it was taking so long for the winners to be notified. On Sunday (14 August), I went on to Google and up came an entry titled ' Meet our Royal Wedding Horseshoe Winners', which listed the names of all the winners. Sadly, I am not a winner, but I hope that one of you has been lucky.
