will he get it all, plus can he find me?

I left my children last year with my husband, their dad.

I am finally getting on my feet and have a job. Its self employed and I am averaging £500 a week.

I want to start paying towards the children, if I contact the csa and pay through them will their dad get all the money I pay? Or do they keep some?

Will he beable to trace me through them? I do not want to be found.

they cannot divulge your whereabouts to the PWC at all, or vice versa. You will be expected to pay 20% if you have 2 children or 25% if you have more than 2 children of your net income per week. You can put in a claim to the CSA yourself and the PWC will need to accept the claim. Good luck.

It is as Kelloggs states, the CSA should not give out your address, however please remember that there are a number of cases where they do send details of people to others that have no right to see them, it has been sent to the ICO on many occasions and upheld. It is your choice, but remember that you are dealing with the most incompetent gov department there is in existence!

Give the money direct not through the csa .Phone up arrange this with the father as no need to give an address or contact details and then just start paying direct into a bank account .if you can keep the csa out of it do .

Do you not know anyone who is still in contact to your children? Maybe you could do a bank transfer to them with support for my children as the ref. That way you have a record of payment if the csa ever do get in touch.
It sounds like your in a difficult place op, good luck x

your sort code can give away the bank you opened the account with ,but you probably do not live there now anyway if you have had the account a while .Online accounts sort codes do not refer to local branches from nationwide not sure of other banks .He cannot get your address through your bank .

be careful what you give do online as Google can be frightening ,so no joining forums and displaying your name or whereabouts . Use different email address to one you use when you were together or just be careful nothing comes up in Google searches .

using ref support for children is a good idea as suggested above .i would avoid the csa as you can be more flexible with your support and pay more when you have and can afford to do so ,but with csa they will take it anyway even if you cannot afford the rent .
