endowments dont pay trail.

No he didn't sell them originally.
At this point in time would your advice be to surrender still?
I have had further correspondence from Pru that informs me that the amount quoted includes the value of all bonus additions to date and where appropriate an allowance for terminal bonus which may be altered or suspended at any time.0
