Stain removal help!

Just had a question from OH :
How would you get cooking oil stain out of leather shoes?

Any ideas?:confused:
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

    Ah well you see it wasn't me....it was a bloke who works with my OH...apparently he tried to get it off with a brillo pad at first :eek::rolleyes:

    The talc (found on the page linked to above) worked. Hes promised he won't use a brillo pad next time :rotfl:
