Moving with an IVA

I have a transferable mortgage and need to move house due to a new job. We have a secured loan on the property and are in IVA. We would like to move to a property of similar value, what are the chances of the bank agreeing?

Not sure, LillyB but if you post this on the Bankruptcy and IVA board someone will be able to help. Obviously, whatever you want to do, you will need to discuss things with your IP.One life - your life - live it!0
