hi i work for one of the compaies that get shopped by maxim we just get the questionaire like you have. the thing is most customers you aproche dont usualy want any help so its probabley enthusiasic staff excited that they can practice what theyve leart on you. belive me customer service is a big thing now so staff would go all out to make a shopper happy well my staff try too!!everydays a blessing what you do with your blessing determins how you will be blessed!!:o0
