Thanks for the replies about the quantumatic, have just done some housekeeping on my dishwasher, cleaned the filter, topped up with salt and rinse aid and am trying again.
Its mainly tea stains on cups that I notice the problem with.
Fingers crossed, Will report back in a couple of hours when dishwasher has finished !!

I'm new to all this and a bit confused about the savvy £5 coupon thing - I've bought lots of the items on the list on the website and kept the receipts, but only some of them have the yellow sticker on them. Does this mean the recipts on these won't be valid for the offer as it's only on some of the range at a time? Or won't it matter? Any advice gratefully received as when I search I get any post with SSM, or savvy in it and they don't seem to answer my question.

you send your reciept off, so as long as you have purchased the brand ie, bold, fairy and send in £10 worth of receipts clearly marked you will get your coupons back. Has worked many times for me

Has anyone managed to use the PG tips voucher for the ordinary ones and not the "New Ones"? The local store doesn't have them
