just got my reply..... so a warning to peeps, i obviously read something wrong here!!

Thank you for your email addressed to Philip Clarke, our Chief Executive, to which I have been asked to reply.

I was concerned to learn that your Asda vouchers were not accepted at our store and I sincerely apologise for any upset or annoyance that this may have caused.

However, having spoken to the store they have advised me that it was vouchers from the Asda Price Check comparison site that you were trying to use.

As with our own Price Check Comparison system, any difference that may be found in price produces a voucher, which can then be spent in the relevant store.

Therefore, if you have received an Asda Price Check voucher this means that the products you bought in Asda are actually cheaper in Tesco, and this is why you've received a voucher for the difference. This is so that you can reclaim the amount you spent, back from Asda.

I can understand why this may be confusing as we will accept Asda conditional spend coupons, for example 'get £10.00 of an £80.00 spend" as well as money-off product coupons.

Other competitor coupons we accept are:
    Morrisons
    Boots
    Sainsburys
    Co-op
    Marks & Spencer
    Waitrose
    Aldi

However, we're unable to accept vouchers from other Price Check Comparison sites as they will not scan through our checkouts.

I understand that as a goodwill gesture, our Duloch Park store gave you the £4.70 cash equivalent of your voucher so that you did not miss out. (i would have accepted my voucher back so really this is no better off!!)

I do hope this has clarified this for you and I'd like to thank you for bringing this matter to the attention of our Chief Executive.

Thank you for bringing this matter to the attention of our Chief
    Executive.

    Kind Regards

    Helen Duke
    Customer Service Executive

Customers shouldn’t have to shop again at a store that we believe has misled them. That's why we are accepting Asda refund vouchers at our tills.

    From Phily site :(:(:(

    11. Can I freeze Philadelphia?

Unfortunately, Philadelphia can not be frozen as it breaks down the texture of the cheese resulting in an inferior product. However, both baked and chilled cheesecakes can be frozen, although please note that the texture of the thawed cheesecake may alter.

Not quite sure which Lotus moc you are seeing but the one I get is dated to 31 July 2011 BUT it does specifically say 'Available in selected Morrisons stores' The moc is for the 156g, does your T sell that size mine and MyS only show T as selling the 250g size :(

Checked again and you're right it is until 31st July and the voucher does say 'Available in selected M's'. I need to start paying more attention. Does that mean I should stop using it in T's? Still trying to learn the ropes of what's wrong, slightly wrong (using the back button?) and very wrong (the P word). :undecided
