Had a very grumpy SA who would not scan my NOTW £5 voucher as she said 'people like you are saving too much money'!!!! She even tutted and rolled her eyes to the customer behind me making me feel so so small. Grrr.
My spend was £46.xx, used £2 Ariel coupon, 2x 50p Philly, 1x £1 Bold and 1x 30p Yoghurt GoAhead coupons and these she read v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y before she scanned them so only saved £4.30

Hi cupcake, sorry to hear about your day. Did you get SAs name? Also you could leave your feedback at their website (details on top of Tesco receipts). Did you speak to CS in store?
I used my 2 NOTW printed vouchers in Bursledon Southampton with no problems (had to split 2 shops).0 -

Oh dear. Do you have a Morrisons nearby as one store near me will take them and the other one won't - something about Morrisons not being close by. I think I would have asked her to try scanning it to at least see if it worked. I have done that in the past, with a smilt of course, and lo and behold it has worked.
If you have more shopping to do is it worth trying another assistant?0 -

Happened to me too Cupcake, and I contacted head office.
Had a reply yesterday, this is part of it:
"I can confirm that the we accept vouchers from Asda, Morrisons, Boots, Sainsburys, Co-op Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, and Aldi. Unfortunately, we do not accept vouchers that were intended for Farmfoods. If your vouchers had been from one of the retailers that I have provided I will happily investigate further for you. If you would let me know which voucher it is and the store that refused this I will contact the Store Manager to resolve this issue."
I have sent the requested details, and awaiting a reply. HTHThe mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0 -
