yes, when you go on the website and it asks if you would like to receive information from them or sign upto their newsletters, say yes - this means if they are sending out free samples, coupons, etc you are more likely to get one!
Thanks. I am going to spend some time this weekend looking through this thread properly. I have been quite happy so far with my free quantumatic and cheap bagels:) but it will take a lot to be in the same league as some of you.

I've just received an email from heinz which included a 30p off any heinz ketchup. It's a personalized link so I can't post it I'm afraid.

    Hi,

As the title says. I read about people using store specific vouchers in another store before, but am not sure in what context.

    Thanks.

go through your store cupboard and pick out each item. Look on the back to see if they have a web address ie https://www.heinz.co.uk

    https://www.fruitshoot.com

and visit the site and look for anything to do with newsletters, signing up for information.

You could always set up an email account just for these newsletters.

well can S or T own brand for 26p or 56p... lol

but if any on offer at Iceland for £1 or less, may just purchase with coupon. the SA there is most impressed with my legitimate coupon use on products they stock.

oh by the way, I am getting an ASDA Express store in June :j and they are doing APG!
