I handed over my MOC and he called Supervisor who then went through my shopping bags as though I was a shoplifter, she picked up on the refills so they went back (fair dues) then questioned the Fairy Voucher because it had a picture of Dishwasher Tablets on so I pointed out that it was for liquid as well but she didn't believe me, the SA then put through my MOCs and only one went through for the Ariel and one for the Fairy she told me that the other two were invalid (they were not) and shoved them back at me!

exactly the same thing happned to me the other day in tesco metro

and funnily enough;) with more and more people trying to ignore the T+C on the coupons:mad:and the advice on this thread:beer: coupon policy is getting tightened in many stores and soon new policies with tighter limits will no doubt be set to reduce the potential loss to the stores.
Well done folks:T:T:T:T;);););) enjoy your short term gains...because you are spoiling it for yourselves in the long run.

    Good morning -
can I say what a wonderful morning it is and apologies for all my silly questions in the last 24 hours.
I will go though and thank when i have a few more minutes but currently have 20 minutes to leave for work and running v late.
Anyway as the sun came out from behind the cloud a monent ago a sudden understanding of everything clicked into place - u price check to buy cheaper goods as RTD is for the whole shop and not calculated per specific items - is this correct. I kind of just kept thinking you'll get the diffence so does it really matter where you shop!!!! - well now I understand.
I am impressed with myself as it has only taken 24 hours!
BUT I must thank each and everyone of you for your comments and assistance. I am so glad I found you guys you have made the futrue seem brighter.
Have a great money saving day.
    T x

Velvet tissues (classic) are on sale for 99p at tesco ATM and contain a voucher for 50p off that expires in December. I had a few packs from during the DTD days and used them on same shop. Makes up for the fact they wouldnt take my £5 off £40 since there are no morrisons here (NI)!

To whoever it was talking about the Sun / Tesco vouchers - its maybe ones for £1 off <branded item A> and 50p off <branded item B> etc rather than being a straightforward 5 of 30 - has been that in previous papers anyway.

oh please is this is aimed at me ?. it really wasnt like it was a long running battle. i posted what i thought was all and she posted a reply. Really silly to have left the thread over it. god i must be the most hated poster on the thread now then !!!!!!!

will add on the subject of the thread that tesco have cushelle toilet 24 pk for £7 at mo , with 50p voucher its not to bad a bargain.

Oh dear actually it could have been me too. All l can say is come back CW it's not worth it. :grouphug::kiss:

Maybe something can be added to the very first post telling people NOT to photocopy coupons but re-print them from other computers and internet connections, l appreciate it may be there but the thread can be overwhelming and the question WILL be asked time and again because there is talk of saying 'no' when asked if the voucher printed off okay to obtain another one, so newbies such as myself wonder if you're getting another one by telling fibs why not just photocopy?

It was nearly my first post and l also didn't agree with someone naming and shaming people who'd forgotten to thank the OP. It's difficult coming to a thread and not knowing the 'etiquette' :( us newbies can't help it, but being nice would help.

    Happy moneysaving all.
