  • Sharwoods letter with a cheque and a coupon came this morning because I apparently claimed that I did not enjoy the sauces - am a bit flabbergasted as I always said that I enjoyed the sauces, so can't understand what's going on!

Nice little surprise anyway - wonder if my parents have received one as well as i also used their address for a claim - will have to phone them later!

I'm fairly new to couponing and I have all mine ready and printed off. Thank you everyone for the work you put into this thread.

This is what I have, if anyone can see a problem could you please point it out. I'm off shopping in a little while. I know my Tesco store accepts other stores MOCs so I don't see a problem with using that one.

Sainsbury till spit £3 off £30 spend
Tesco till spit £4 off £20 spend
    Sharwoods Free Jar MOC
    Sharwoods Free Jar MOC
    Lenor £1 MOC
    Innocent OJ £1 MOC
    Innocent OJ £1 MOC
    Pizza Fingers 50p MOC
    McCain Wedges 50p MOC
    Fairy Original £1.00 MOC

    I also have a £20 DTD voucher. :)

My shopping list comes to approx £35 but it should only cost me about £3 cash if it all goes according to plan. My husband has kindly informed me I'm on my own when we get to the checkouts. :o

just wondering where do you get the 4 pound of the 20 pound spend voucher from tescos?

    thanks in advance.

it's a till spit or a coupon that is sent/given to you by Tesco when you shop. Sometimes when you shop at T they spit out other moc or conditional spend vouchers. sometimes you get them through the post when they send out the vouchers. Very random. But have found if you don't shop there for a while... they tend to give you one.

Morning All:) Just dipping in and out for now, so hello and goodbye:D

A quick query, when using vouchers, conditional spends (till spits) etc. do you do them in this order?

    1)highest till spit (eg. £X off £XX spend Tesco/Sains)
2)lowest till spit (eg. £X off £XX spend Tesco/Sains),if you have one
3)XXp coupon off X product (actual purchases only)
4)repeat 3 for as many coupons as necessary (or you have the nerve to do in one go)
5)DTD voucher (if you have any left)
    6) ACTUAL money - eek! (preferably loose change:D)
7)If you have more than one till spit you need your spend total to be the combined total of all till spits eg. £30 + £20 spit = £50 spend required (UNLESS you get a good SA)

Thanks. I know this has been mentioned before but didn't fancy trawling through 100+ pages.

Anyone think it is worth adding to the first page for us newbies?

Will be on later, and will be doing an online coupon search later today. Fingers crossed!

    Yup..Thats the way I made 62.77 become 30.07.

I think T tend to give it out when you haven't shopped there for a while ;) as an incentive to make you shop there again.
    thank you.:T
Makes sense, as I wasnt using my CC while DTDing...
once i use my vouchers up, i will use it again, missing my points
I love this site and all chums, but its making a dent in my bank account!!!

If anyone is moving house soon (Dawnie;)) then don't spend your mocs, save them all up and then you can pay for quick removals with them. This person will pack up yer stuff and move you within 3 days. Email address for it is madmuppet5removals@anymail.com;);)Payment by Asda or Tesco wombled receipts or APG's/TD and beer mocs :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    I have'nt either :( and i'm in tesco at least 5 times a week!
re till spits - I think that because you are in 5 times a week this is the reason you won't get them! Till spits are designed to entice you back after an absence, so if you have a partner/dog/cat then sign them up for a clubcard/nectar card and stop using yours for a bit. When you do use it again then you may get a till spit.

This also works for conditional spends posted to you - I don't have a sainsbos near me after I moved, but they keep sending me conditional spends which I then promptly spend in T's :D

I did go in a Sains yesterday though, was passing one, and was rewarded with a 100 nectar points till spit!

And why can I get my head round this, but I can't get my head round supersavvy me?!!!! Can I spend £10 at diff supermarkets? Can't find out the details on the website which is why I think I gave up on it ages ago!

EDIT - just seen that the tillspit q has been answered already!
