Just got my mother and baby magazine thru the post (June issue) and there is a sample of two huggies newborn nappies with it and a £1 moc against any huggies newborn product. I know this doesn't apply to many but if you happen to get the mag it's another moc and as I only pay £1 per issuethe moc has cancelled that out

    Good morning. :)

I have received the copy of the consent form for pooch (it came without a letter or even a compliment slip), and I think I'm going mad (I don't say that lightly), it says I consented to "remove mass from mouth + others x 5." No mention of epithels...why would she say the consent form said that when it didn't? Sorry I know this is not the place...just ignore...I'll pop over to the animals forum.

Meant to go to Asda today, but overslept...(I'm a night owl)...and then a roaring marine helicopter flew low over my roof and scared me...(not far from marine camp)

    Happy Moc'ing and wombling.

It's awesome, but does anyone else notice how some of these people don't look too healthy.

I was shocked at the woman last week who had a monthly wall planner of meals she'd bought frozen veg and packets and packets of dried potato 'smash' for cottage pie - great moneysaving but could be much healthier

Oh I didn't see that, but I have to agree with you. I thought some of it was really sad to watch, especially that woman who was in the store for over six hours. She said it had taken over her life missing out on friends and family and stuff. I guess that's why it's called extreme.

Hi byatt, Have you thought of writing a letter back to them saying how disgusted you are? Definitely put your complaint in writing now you ARE in the right here, they have made a mistake they are wriggling out of, should be ashamed of themselves, friends or not. :(

I'm a bit annoyed with our vets, we've had out cat insured since we had her - 10 years - never claimed. She recently went in for a damaged tooth extracted and the vet said while she's her we can do a clean up of her teeth for £400. The vet said 'you've got insurance you can claim on that - we won't put the gingivitus for the tooth clean up on the forms' ;)

I filled in the forms, took them round and eventually got a letter back from insurance - 'sorry we don't cover for gingivitus '

    Happy moneysaving all.

Thanks sassy, I'm going to sleep on it. I might just write a letter saying I can't see where it says epithels and decide from there.

I'm sorry about the large bill!! Can you ask the vet what happened. Some vets use the insurance to do work that otherwise clients wouldn't have. It's also annoying what insurance doesn't cover.

Youre right l should put my money where my mouth is! I'd feel awful though because she was obviously going to bend the truth and then l'd look bad for going in and asking why they didn't do it. I do have to go back soon and l will say 'I thought you weren't going to mention the gingivitus?'.... because she will ask l'm sure.

I would have had the work done anyway

    Happy moneysaving all.
