This is a great bargain...I bought this case a few weeks ago for a weekend away and it was perfect. Managed to fit a lot of things in it and it seemed sturdy for the price.

This 42 cm trolley fits to the luggage size allowed by budget airlines to be taken into the cabin.

So it is perfect if you do not want to pay for the luggage fee.
