Coronation sauce for coronation chicken? No chicken added (I over catered
:o:o). We're not going to be around to eat it next week and there is more than one batch of seconds here.

What's it made of LIR? Is it home made or from a jar? If jar, does it have any instructions? I ask what it is as I just use mayo and curry powder and wasn't sure if you were referring to something more elaborate

Ill merge this with freezing quick qs later

HM: mayo, curry powder, wine wine, mango chutney (not hm I'msorry to admit!) and honey.0 -
Why are you ashamed to admit it's not HM Mango chutney!?!?!? :rotfl::D
Hmmmm i don't think it would freeze well. I'm not sure though. This thread on freezing egg mayo - thriftlady says mayo doesn't freeze well. I imagine the emulsioness (?) of it splits...... Could you eat it with baked potato or fit it into your eating over the next few days to ensure it isn't wasted?

of course you could always freeze an ice cube worth tonight, then take it out to defrost and see how it is then...A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men
