Help Needed Please!

She is in the process of gong through Payplan, they are being quite helpful, my husband is with them so he recommended them to her.
I am trying to work with her now, we are trying to get some bank and credit card charges refunded now, to see if this will reduce her debt, it doesn't hurt to try.
We did manage to get Shop Direct Financial to b*gger off, £300 DCA letter for an alledged £110 debt, asked for a signed credit agreement, couldn't produce it and they said their files were now closed!

I am really proud she is facing up to her debt, there are a few issues but this is the biggest one now and I think I will type up her version of events for her and hopefully we might be able to get to speak to a duty solicitor tomorrow for more advice.

P.S Have bought her a PC from eBay so I have advised her to join the DFW club when she gets internet access!
