Barclays overdraft charges

Hello all, I hope some one can help me, I cancelled my reserve fee last month and I calculated my charges to be £44, instead they were £66. I noticed this yesterday and immediately went down to my local branch first thing and paid in £30. This took me back in to my agreed overdraft. Does anyone know if I will get charged for this?
