CCCS Started, wish me luck!

:rudolf: Hi there, following advice on my previous thread, I have;
Contacted CCCS and done an online SOA so awaiting response from that.
Put a few feelers out to see if anyone would want to buy my property as an investment
Failing all else devised a payment plan of my own to keep all the hounds at bay, (hopefully).
