I think I remember seeing somewhere that the vouchers were to be added to an e-wallet (account with HMV), and were used from that, not.. say for example... just adding a £5 voucher to an order you've made.
Which way are you using them, just for clarification, in case that's the problem you're having?:rotfl:0 -

Ok some points
1) When you get the vocuher, scratch off the silver bit and you should get a code like
MOTO FHTYHSHS
2) Text this code to 83338
3) You should get a text back within 1 min with a e-voucher code like:
MT 45821 54785 25456 25455
4) You now enter this into you e-wallet in your account.
Hope this Helps0 -
I never notice the MT bit at the start of the code rofl0

Do you have to use the new sim card to send message. I have used my old one but each time I try to send message it comes up as message sending failed.0

I used my normal mobile (free texts) and came back fine. I did have a problem with one so resent it again and came back fine. Make sure you dont forget the space between MOTO and the code0

This is fantastic! I'm SO looking forward to getting my phone tomorrow (crossing fingers and toes). Have a few dubious friends who I've tried to encourage to have a go, but I'm playing guinea pig. So glad others are getting theirs okay!:rotfl:0
