You should click on 'Add to Basket' and then choose which tariff, that's how it worked for me anyway
Maybe website is having probs if too many people ordering at the same time :rolleyes:

When i bought the V3IM a couple of months ago the vouchers came in the box with the phone so hopefully the same this time
