Halifax mortgage coming to end but had late payments on credit card

Advice needed - My fixed halifax mortage is coming to an end and will then revert to SVR. All my accounts, credit cards, loans etc are with halifax also. I have however had a few late payments on my credit card in last 4 months. All other debts with them inc. mortgage have always been payed on time. I want to fix my mortgage with them again but am worried about the late payments. Also have hardly any equity in house due to falling housing market and buying at wrong time.

if you stick with the same lender and borrow no more then they do not credit check you again. You can just buy from the deals they offerI am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
