Half price wine then 20%off if buy 6bottles

:beer: Sainsbury have a promotion with 20% off 6 bottles of wine and it includes those already on special offer.
I've bought a dozen bottles which were already on an half price offer and they still applied the 20% off.

Not suggesting that the supermarkets run a cartel, but guess what offer Tesco currently have on wine ... that's right, 20% off if you buy 6 bottles, and the discount is applied to any wines which are already reduced!

Tesco are offering 25% off 6+ bottles. Just checked my last bill and noticed they even forgot to scan one of the bottles...even more discount just for chatting up the young lady on the checkout!

When I worked in a Tesco warehouse they actually brought in reworkers to re-label all their stock of value T-Shirts, after ASDA ran a TV advert which made the ASDA T-shirts about 25p cheaper than the Tesco value T-Shirts. It's a competitive world out there for the supermarkets! :eek:
