ccj and default

hi all
have quick qestion can you get a ccj and defult for same debit
i got a ccj four year ago which is not showing on my file it only when i ring the court up i get information that i have one so out of the blue last week i got default added to my file for this debit and linking me to address i neaver lived can these blood sucker do this:mad:

If a default was missing from your file (which might be because they didn't know your current address etc) then it could be added at a later date - but the default date should be the date of the original default/and default notice which would/should be prior to when the CCJ was granted.

If there is an address on file that is not yours and you have never lived there or used it for mail then you should be able to get that address removed (doesn't tend to be easy though). First action would be to contact the CRA to dispute the connection to the address, they would then likely either contact the company who added the link or tell you who did it so you could dispute it with them direct.
