I checked them and had to phone one creditor yesterday-checked today and every single entry is correct

A lot less painful than I imagined.

I'm just about to start the process and got the template letter ready, so reassuring that not everything is painful!

I am going to send off next week for mine again, it will be 2 months since I sent out all my letters. Hope mine is OK just have to wait and see, great to hear when something goes right for a change, well done. :T

Its not been without its laughs-I am amazed how little some companies actually know about BR, or rather claim to know.
I had one company quote this little gem "we are just following the Information Commisioner's guidelines and we are allowed to pursue this debt" Fermi's letter did the trick though

Good luck to both-as a word of reassurance the easiest by far I dealt with was the dreaded DCA-and I have to say that once I told them what I expected them to do, they did it, to the note very promptly and without argument :eek: They do have hearts after all :rotfl:
