Hi All, I got my auto-discharge about a month ago now. During my BR I let a life insurance policy lapse (it was quite expensive anyway) but now I am thinking I had better sort out a new policy for the wife and I. I am just wondering about any claim the OR may have on a payout from a new policy that was started after my discharge. I know that for exisiting policies at the time of BR it is necessary to pay £50 to have the beneficial interest re-assigned to you, but is this still the same for a brand new policy? Thanks as always.

basically do what you want now after discharge...the receiver wont have interest in any new policy you start upWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0
