Places for people mortgages or rental advice?

Me and my partner are looking at buying a house from a company called places for people. They are a housing assosiation first and foremost but have built a few developments around the uk.
They offer a 100% mortgage through themselves and their fees are reasonable and they seem reputable but i cant find any reviews (good or bad) or such on people that have brought property from them - this may be because they only have a few developments
If anyone has brought a property or has done their rent to buy scheme please reply as i just want to know how well the company works and if i should buy or avoid them
cheers
