Hi everyone, been away on a field course so will catch up on the thread later! Only 1 more nsd to report though, giving me a grand total of 3/8. Not great!

NSD #1 today for me! Haven't left the house though so that might be why... all my friends are out tonight but I'm being good and staying in, partly cos of money and partly because I'm off sick so can't risk being seen out drinking!

Spendy day today, but I knew it would be.

Got some food, printer cartridge and a few bits from the garden centre. (pots, bonemeal and lime).

I am now a paid up member of a local quilting group. Had my first session at the beginners club today...didn't do any sewing, but now have a few projects lined up and have been given so many helpful hints and guidlines, so many things to try my hand at!!

Then I went on to have an aromatherapy session at the local college (exam-guinea-pig!), came home to tea made by DS2, bliss! So now I am off to watch the Chelsea show on tv and relax for the evening ....feeling very fragrant tonight!!!

Working the next three days, so not sure when I'll be back....but it should be with a few more NSDs in tow...promise!!

REPORTING IN WITH 4 NSD TAKING ME UP TO 19 SO FAR
can't decide if i'm getting better at not spending or if all the bad luck has had anything to do with it don't even feel like going out to spend anymore too much hassle, been a very strange weekend saw someone i haven't seen for ages ,she told me some unexpected news on friday :(while i was at docs left me feeling very strange like when you are lost but your not if that makes any sense when i got back home i just sat on sofa couldn't concentrate on anything even forgot to turn wash m on not good at all i've been reading posts but just couldn't put a sentence together till now not sure what will happen next getting so as don't want to go out in case anything else goes wrong
oh well at least it will be good for my ns total

LittleMissHappy could you maybe allocate funds to different things and only when that amount has been spent do you have to count nsd i do this with milkand bread because if i buy it sometimes it ends up getting thrown out cos got too much but by allocating set amount if we need it i get it if not i don't this has the advantage of saving me money too as before i did this i would buy for 4 days at a time and there is only so much milk one person can drink if kids want juice or fizzy instead of milk i count as a spend simple hope that helps and good luck

Evening all! Hope no one has been blown away in these winds we've been having.

Dragon - hope your hand is ok x

Just checking in to report NSD #7 :j only one more til target - whoop whoop! doesn't feel like much of an achievement this month due to holiday spends, plus an expensive weekend - must try harder next month.

I did have to shell out on toothpaste (had already cut the tube in half and scraped out the inside) plus deoderant for OH today but OH gave me the £ for that :A

I can't beleive this is my 10th month doing this challenge - where has the time gone? I noticed there are a few faces missing atm, so big hugs to all those absentees (3Dogs, Twistedhazel etc etc xx)
