Hello, Can someone please help me

Hi everyone, well you all sound nice, so here we go

I owe approx £8000 to 3 credit cards and 2 overdraughts and i can't see a way out each month i just get further into debt
.
Could anyone please tell me which way i should go from here.

My husband works via an agency and gets finished every December, i do work part time. The reason i have got into this debt is I had this great idea to buy and sell on the markets

I have been on another forum and got some really good advice because me and my wisdom decided to join a Debt Free Plan today, THEN i decided to ask people on here on the IVA forum, ( i seem to do everything backwards).
Anyway after their advice i phoned the Debt Free Plan people and cancelled it.

So if there is anyone out there who can help me sleep at nights i would be very grateful.

Thank you for reading

Hi shanikang and welcome, Glad you started a new thread. First thing make a list of all your creditors, debts and assets. Secondly and most important is contact one of the following debt charities. Please try these they don't charge and are impartial. They will go through all your options with you and if they suggest bankruptcy then come back to this board and we will help you all we can. Also if your not ‘clicking’ with one of the Debt charities do try another.

Please don’t do anything rash take your time and weigh up your options and read everything you can x

    Hi,

Have a look at the 'stickies' at the top of the bankruptcy board main page, especially the DRO one (CHECK THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA). You need also to get some advice in the first instance from one of the debt charities.

For future reference a sticky refers to a 'sticky thread', one that is stuck or pinned to the top of the board. When you first log in the top few threads you'll see are preceeded with the word 'sticky' and this just means they'll always be at the top of the board.
When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN :D
