Arrears? CCJs? No Proof of Income? Little or No Equity? Refused a Loan?
That first line from their website makes them look like a sub prime lender to me. They go on to say their rates start from 6.7%. So the question is, what rate are they offering you? Also, what are the fees?
If you have made multiple applications that might have harmed your credit rating. You should check your credit records before proceeding any further.

yeah they are sub prime. Will do the credit check first though. Is this a huge danger on my behalf then ?? Don't think we got any other chose. I want one loan so I know everything is in one place and any additional overtime my husband will have we are gonna put this into a separate account rather than pay more towards clearing the loan.
Thanks for the advise:A Tomorrow's just another day - keep smiling0 -
Raq,
When you say they're the only ones to have 'accepted' your application, what exactly do you mean by accepted? The above facts belong to everybody; the opinions belong to me; the distinction is yours to draw...0 -
hiya
sorry worded this post incorrectly. Reason these where called up on this site is because we are classed as "FAIR" against our credit score. I have today also requested a full credit report for both myself and o.h.:A Tomorrow's just another day - keep smiling0 -
Do you have any idea why you might only be 'fair'?

Had a cccs in plan a couple of years ago and still feel this will hold us back. One thing to mention though, we changed over mortgages last year to a higher one and our f.a. at the time gave us a reasonable company with a standard charge of 6.60% ( interest only ). So this also makes me think we have no hope with a loan from the big companies out there.:A Tomorrow's just another day - keep smiling0

When you say you switched to a higher mortgage do you mean you increased your mortgage IE borrowed more money? And you were on a CCCS structured DMP at the time?
If I have read your posts right then there are major, major alarm bells ringing in my ears. You seem to be increasing your borrowing bit by bit getting worse deals all the time. I very strongly suggest you go to the debt free wannabe board and post a full statement of affairs and get advice before you try for more loans.
The DFW board is for anyone with debts they want to clear, struggling to pay or not. You will get good sympathetic advice there.
