Santander, Self Administered DMP & evidence...

Options
I have sent all my creditors income and expenditure breakdowns as compiled on CCCS website, Halifax, MBNA & Lloydstsb have agreed to my offers of payment with interest stopped. :j

Santander on the other hand have been a real nightmare, they have refused my offers on my and OH loans and for my CC they continually phone me and have told me tonight i need to send income and expenditure sheets, i told them i already had and they have recieved them as they cashed the cheque that was sent with this info. Anyway they said they want it on there layout and also i MUST send wage slips, bank statements etc.... do i really need to send this level of information to them, when my other creditors are happy with the info they got ??

Anyone had any positive response from Santander ??

No need to provide all that info to them, and most would advise you not to.
I guess you could complete the I&E forms in their format possibly (making sure it shows all the same info and same figure available for debt repayments) if it keeps them happy. Possibly also send recorded as they are silly beggars for this 'we haven't received it' nonsense.

Not many positive stories about santander on any parts of the forums at the moment.:(

Just ensure you stick with making the payments you have offered, regardless of whether they say they will accept them or not.

They asked me to send all that and in end I sent a bank statement print out to show them our incomings and outgoings for a few weeks. I did not send wage slips as the reason I was on DMP was that I had lost job and DH had overtime slashed so I wrote and argued there was no point in sending wage slips as they were no longer relevant.

They agreed straightaway after I sent them. They never asked me to fill in one of their I/E forms, as they accepted the standard one I sent

Santander are an absolute nightmare (I was originally with A&L and they were fab) I have an overdraft and credit card with them and they've continued to charge the overdraft fee (£5) and a futher £5 for underfunding on the account I have written to them but no luck! The credit card  was completely up to date pre dmp and are still getting around what would have been minimum payment but had a late payment in the first month due to when the payment is sent by CCCS so they are now hammering me with late payment charges every month etc etc but they're still accepting the payment! On the up side the @sda credit card (which belongs to santander!) have stopped all interest.......................onward and upward and good luck with the worlds largest bank or whatever they call themselves
