Arent Triton the collections department for RBS?
Ive been dealing with them for 2 years and always found them really helpful. I have fincancial updates with them every six months and they always offer me a full final incase I can afford it at the time. I think the last they offered me was settlement of around £3000 for a £4500 balance.
