1. The Competition is organised by www.puremovies.co.uk (“Pure Movies”).
2. By entering into the competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the terms in conditions for the duration of the competition.
3. The competitions on Pure Movies are open to UK residents only.
4. Only entries made via the competition submission method will be deemed valid.
5. If an entry is considered to be invalid, illegible or incomplete by Pure Movies, the entry will be disqualified.
6. The Closing date for entries is specified on each competition post. Late entries will not be considered.
7. Winners will be notified by email and contacted for their preferred postal address.
8. Winners will be selected at random from the entries after a competition has been closed.
9. The competition winner decision is final and no correspondence, appeal or reconsideration procedure will be initiated following that decision.
10. Pure Movies will be entitled to terminate or modify these terms and conditions in its absolute discretion at any time.
11. A writer, editor or any role otherwise affiliated to Pure Movies or any company involved in the Competition or, if relevant, production of a film to which a Competition relates, or any advertising agency or web company connected with the Competition or any such person’s subsidiary or associated companies, are not eligible to enter the Competition. Pure Movies reserves the right not to award a prize (and to select an alternative winner) if Pure Movies is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible.
12. By entering the competition you agree to be added to the Pure Movies email list. Pure movies will not sell or pass on your details to any third parties. You are free to unsubscribe from the mailing list at an point without affecting your eligibility to the competition. Each new competition you enter will result in you being added to the email list again.
13. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Pure Movies shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
