Hi Guys.
Okay... I started a job with Lloyds TSB last July. I no longer work there but was overpaid £1600. I'm now in my final year of university and thus no money.
My debt from Lloyds has been passed to Roxburghe and I'm receiving letters and texts almost daily.
I can't afford to pay the debt all at once and but willing to set up a reasonable payment plan. Is there any standard letter I can send to them regarding the matter to set a plan up?
