Debt Free Help please!

I've been lurking on this board for a while but really need to get my debts gone, so I would like your help please. I'm a long-term MSE member, but have decided to post under a new username so people who are familiar with me from real life and other boards don't know who I am
Won't go into much detail about my personal life, but I am trying to get my husband's debts cleared as they are crippling us. I am debt free myself (thanks to this board).
Currently he owes £17,500 in round figures on credit cards and a hefty overdraft. Some of the credit card debt is on 0% deals, but some of these deals are now coming to an end, and no further deals have been offered so far to do another transfer.
I'm pretty good at budgeting after having been around MSE for so long, so I do all the budgeting, but I think I'm struggling at the moment balancing the need to have a life and pay for everyday things with the need to pay the debt off. I struggled for years before we met paying off my own debts, and I hate being in debt again now! I think I am setting unrealistic repayment targets, but I want it gone asap at the same time. The end result seems to be that as hard as I try to manage it all, the debt amount never seems to reduce.
I will post an SoA shortly (kids about to finish school) but in the meantime just wanted to say hello and finally take the plunge of (anonymously) revisiting this board
