Questions filling in forms

Hi All,

Well im working away though my forms ready for the 9th May I'm onto section 4 List of unsecured Creditors, couple of questions.

I've ran out of space, Can i just add another page in their ?

Also where it asks what the debt was for, it's over a couple of years and I dont remeber, would i be ok putting, various credit card debt.


Now Section 5

It says include any current liability also show in section 4 and asks do you have any cheque cards, cash dispender cards, credit or charge cards, debut cards etc. Ive ticked yes

So do I have lo relist all 14 of my credit cards and about 5 bank cards, as they only have space for 6. Or do i just list the bank accounts in section 5 continuted.

My head hurts now,

Section 4
I couldn't remember what some of my debts were and I just put household items and clothing....also yes use a seperate piece of paper to add more debts, I did.

Section 5
Yes list all your cards again. section 5 continued ( 5.4) asks for names and addresses of banks held in the last 2 years including dormant accounts
Section 5 5.1 asks for any check cards, cash cards credit or charge cards - if you ticked yes list them below.
5.2 If Yes provide details: 6 spaces - use a seperate piece of paper for the rest. (note: Include any current liabilities also shown in section 4 )

Take a break and go back to it, as I know how daunting it all is...
