Free £5 voucher for CD or DVD

I only saw this thread for the first time this morning and followed the instructions exactly (i.e. not putting anything in the promotion code field) and the voucher emailed to me was for £5. It said 5GBP on the email. I used the link in the email and entered the code sent to me and it took £5 off the Fratellis CD that I was going to order anyway - so got it for £3.99. I already received the confirmation emails from CD-wow and worldpay.com within minutes.
Check that you have read through the thread first and are doing exactly the right thing and it should work.0 -

Ive just submitted my code and I got 5 off.But if ever I stray from the path I follow
Take me down to the English Channel
Throw me in where the water is shallow And then drag me on back to shore!
'Cos love is free and life is cheap As long as I've got me a place to sleep
Clothes on my back and some food to eat I can't ask for anything more0 -

Yup. that's them. And in a bit to stop TimeOut issues happening again, if you check the small print they've entered a new clause especially re: circulation figures. (Obviously forgetting that circulation and readership are two very different things.)0 -
I never cease to be amazed and disappointed by the number of greedy people there are who only buy something to the value of the voucher thereby abusing the offer and spoiling things for everyone else.
There has to be something in it for the company giving the voucher or there's no point in doing it.
Also if other companies see the likes of CD WOW getting their fingers burnt then they are less likely to go down that route in future.
It would serve you right if all the orders were cancelled but hard lines on the rest of the decent people.0 -

It does not say anything that you have to spend more than what the voucher is worth so how are people being greedy? the people that are being greedy are the ones who order loads of codes and then CD WWO get onto this fact and start cancelling orders
To be honest everyone that has ordered something using this code does not have the right to receive it seeing that it is only meant for Capital One customers so if we receive anything then it's a bonus and if not it was worth a try0 -
I diddnt put anything in the promotion code but still only got £1 off oh well0
