Hi,
I have been ni a DMP for approx 5 years now and I think I still have about that to go, if not more.:(
At the time of choosing the company I was not in a very good place due to the debts so I just went with the first one I found. I am now thinking of contacting my creditors direct as I am tired of paying the company for not really doing anything or atleast switching to a company that doesn't charge?
I suppose my questions are - would you advise me contacting the creditors direct or to to switch to another company?
Thank you
