Amazon marketplace - what guarantees?

There are 2 products listed on amazon marketplace for £45 and £80 which are £140 in the shops - they have no ratings - what guarantees do I get from amazon that I will get my order?

in fairness the rating system is not as easy for buyers to use as it is on ebay, so that person may have actually had loads of good sales, but no feedback

I have sold about 20 items , no problems - in fact a few "thank you" emails but only 3 ( all positive) feedback ratings .
