I think you're meant to leave your message on their Facebook page and then click on the form Sarah linked to get your free pen. HTH.

If you go to the facebook page linked in Sarah1972's post you get to write a message, then you get linked to the request for your details for the pen.

Great minds and all that.

Incidentally, just had a read of the T&C:

First 10,000 people will receive a pen, will cap charity contribution to £1000. We would like to contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services which we feel may be of interest to you.

So make sure you use a disposable email address and if you have one, a disposable mobile number.

Although it's good you noticed, people should always be careful and do this anyway. It's clear their gonna sell your email address and possibly phone number.
