Hi all,
My fixed rate mortgage 5.19% with NRAM is due to end on 31/07/11 it will revert to the standard rate at 4.79%. I am looking to remortgage for around £16,000. I want rid of the mortgage as soon as possible, hopefully i will be able to carry on overpaying as i always have done, so i want a mortgage that is very flexible. The HSBC at 2.39% with no fees at all seems pretty hard to beat, does anyone know of anything better? Thanks

I been keeping an eye since couple of months about remortgaging. The best deal I can see this is the one you mentioned. There may be someone who can say I am wrong.0
