Recieved a letter off Brian Carter Solictors a few days ago saying that if I do not pay within 10 days they will take further action.. but I have no idea who Arrow Global Gurnsey are so im not going to pay the debt if I have no idea who it is

Does anyone know who they are? or what Brian Carter are like to deal with?
