Had a WEM to tell me I've won a Bach Emotional Eating Kit. I was just saying to a friend today that I've put on so much weight recently and its because I eat when I'm stressed (i don't work due to illness & my husband lost his job 2 days before Xmas, his Dad has been really ill & passed away last week), so I'm hoping this might help.
