hey i just a few questions, hope someone can help
if i offer a Full & Final Settlement and the DCA accepts waht will show on my credit file would it be cleared or would it show it as a part payment
also how does the Consumer Credit Agreements enforceability work

get them to state in the letter "full and final settlement" and get them to confirm the debt will be marked settled on your credit file. If they dont then it wil stay on your credit file for 6 years as partially settled which will make it harder to obtain credit in the future0
