Home buy with Equity Loan mortages

Hi
Does anybody know which lenders currently deal with FTB who are looking into the new government scheme Homebuy with 20% equity loan?
It seems like a good deal and I believe the equity loan is interest free for 5 years?
If so would mortgage lenders consider an interest only mortgage to we could concentrate on clearing equity loan?
We would be able to pay a 5% deposit also.
Hope you can help.
