Replacement kneading blade for bread machine

Hi,
I have a Pacific Bread Machine which I bought from Asda some time ago and have been very happy with. Unfortunately the kneading blade has broken and I have seached the internet looking for a replacement without any luck. Has anyone had the same problem with this machine and managed to find a replacement.

not the same machine but i had this problem.. i eventually found an address for the manufacturer online and wrote direct to them so u could try this or u could approach asda and see if they have an address for the manufacture if u cant find itonline

I had this problem with an Argos cookworks kneading blade. (chucked it away by accident in an uneaten loaf of bread!!!)

I contacted the manufacturer and they eventually sent me one out. Unfortunately they had altered the design and the new blade didn't fit. A wouldn't have minded but the machine was less than 12 months old. It ended up in the bin.

I now have a new Mrophy Richards one. I ordered a spare blade straight way (just in case!)

I rang Asda up when i needed a new pan etc and they arranged a spare for me, think it was less than a fiver inc postage.

Unfortunately I used the company www.spares2go as recommended.
I have had nothing but problems from them. I am now in the process of entering into legal action to recover my money. My warning is this, beware companies who take payment at the point of order and do not publish their telephone numbers on the web site.
I have tried to contact them by e-mail, they don't answer or claim e-mail problems or fein they don't understand the problem, they have ignored my requests for 2 months now for a refund. I have sent 2 recorded delivery letters.
There are other postings on the internet describing similar issues with this company.

I have been trying for 3 days to get a response from them after they sent the wrong part. All phone lines go to fax and they don't respond to email.

Beware of this company - it stinks in my opinion. Have a feeling they have just pocketed the £26 quid and that's that. If I'd realised that they refuse to deal on the phone I would never have ordered - you live and learn.
