apparently need to go through the link in the e-mail to get the £5 voucher to work
Really? It usually works whether one uses the link or not.

when you go through to the offer it says that it is just £1 but actually you receive a £5 voucher (this works for existing members too)

Thank you soooooooooooooooooo much. I've just got Carols from Kings for £1.75 :j :j

Excellent, ordered using another account & got my son the Best Disney Album Ever for £7.99 instead of £12.99.

Be careful about using discont links with a promotional voucher as CDWOW have been known to cancel orders, is it really worth it for another 50p - 75p? Go through pigsback or quidco instead ;) Thanks for the post op

I tried to get one in my hubbys account but it was still signed into mine, it just sent me the same voucher number, weather it would work if you sign out then in again not sure. Don't want to spoil it for everyone though, one for me and one for hubby is enough, not going to be greedy

i had to use a couple of other web browsers, (firefox and netscape) coz my mum and dad wanted one

I've just tried that link but it wont accept the £5 e-voucher, you apparently need to go through the link in the e-mail to get the £5 voucher to work, shame as I was hoping to save another £1!!!

I have done something similar in the past (going through a discount link and using a voucher) but had my orders cancelled as they classified it as using 2 vouchers which is against their T&C. They wouldn't give me the vouchers back either!

Just be happy to have the £5 voucher.

PS You can use quidco with a voucher
