Not sure if they've caught on quickly but I've just tried to order something with a second account and my voucher is worth exactly GBP0.00999999999999979 - no more, no less.

Maybe they're trying to give me back the spare penny I was after

You mean you tried to request for the voucher twice? Try clearing your browser cookies first next time?

You can use the same voucher twice if you don't redeem the full amount first time so that may be it!

I think that's it, actually, because I hadn't logged in to the second account after all. It is the spare penny.

did it say it was worth that amount in the email or when you redeemed. I just signed up and received an email saying my e-voucher's worth £5. Hope it works when I redeem it!!
