Eon Energy Saving Monitor - Problems

I have recently noticed something i dont know if anyone else has had this problem

i have this installed correctly for months. but now in the last week or so it registers heavy usage for the previous day/night (the bars), i have monitored it regularly and shocked to see what is happening.

i turned off the hot water boiler, i have no gas just electric in my flat (i have electric storage heaters so its seperate). by doing this the bars dropped dramatically. i dont know if its the monitor thats faulty or whether there is something else going on?

Seems like the timings for your immersion heater(assuming you are on Economy 7 with storage heaters) are incorrect. It should come on during the off-peak supply time - could it be that the clocks going forward has put it on during 'daytime' electricity times?
