Its sad to see people still using services like this when you can do everything yourself for free instead of the sky high charges they ask for..they can do no more than you they're not allowed to represent you at court & recently i've seen a fair few clients using these services only to have their bankruptcy refused due to them filling in forms etc wrongly..

sure its sad people loose jobs..BUT i'll guarantee this company along with many more like this will open again under a different names as in this current climate its a good moneyspinner for them, and as far as the person dealing with you seeing it through to the end I really hope for your sake they do

Never seen anyone getting stick for using people like these....they are just (rightly) advised that they're an unnecessary and avoidable expense.
Procrastination is my middle name....well it would be if I could be ar**d to contact Deed Poll."
  • My weekend was shattered by the news that this firm, which I had trusted for a very long time and whose personnel were always helpful and caring, had suddenly gone bust, taking with them the moneys I and others had lodged to make payments to creditors. Evidently one of the directors absconded with the contents of the client funds including mine. It represented all of my already tiny worldly wealth. I am dumbfounded & devastated. The person who contacted me said it was indeed now a matter for the police. I live on a shoestirng and am having long-term hospital treatment. An unholy nightmare from people I thought would never let me down.

  • This is not the only one to have gone owing loads of people money.

There is another forum on here in relation to DCM money solutions whom went into administration. It looks like they were pocketing an average of £75,000 per month and had been doin so for some time.

    http://blogs.mirror.co.uk/investigations/2011/04/dcm-money-solutions-and-the-mi.html

There are people whom should have paid their debts off completely however are now having to go bankrupt, i am one such person. If you need some advice as to what to do next there is always going to be someone on there who will be able to direct you as to what to do next.

The important thing is for you to all band together and put pressure on the administrators and authorities to investigate where fraud has occured.

Contact the papers (daily mirror being one) contact TV programmes.

If you stick together you might just get somewhere
