Matalan Discount Code...

There's appears to some sort of confusion over this promotion. There was no stipulation that the code could not be used more than once. I myself had used the code 11 times on Sunday for various orders using the same account and each time Matalan accepted the code and submitted the order. I know of various other people who also did this and had their orders submitted. I have now received an email today stating that my 1st order will be honoured but the rest will not and the money will be credited to my bank account. It would appear that there has been some sort of error on Matalan's part and now they are now trying to do some damage control. If this had been part of the terms and conditions then the website should not have accepted our orders with the £10 discount. :mad:

So they would have been down £110, good on them for cancelling 10 of your orders. These types of codes/glitches are good but there are always people prepared to take advantage and be greedy. You are obviously one of those people.

I collected my order from Matalan on Saturday, absolutely delighted with my free Maxi dress:) I cant believe someone would admit to using a code 11 times and then wonder why (Matalan) wouldnt honour their order.......... the mind boggles!

Any updates on this? I've tried to use the code for a couple of days and its not working. Have any other codes been posted/around to replace it?
